Cell Free DNA Tubes for Circulating DNA Samples

1, Description

BEAVER Cell Free DNA Tubes BEAVER Cell Free DNA Tubes are prepared by a special blood protection reagent in a vacuum blood collection tube. The protective reagent prevents blood coagulation and blood cell breakage, inhibits nuclease activity, protects cell surface antigens, maintains cell morphology, maintains blood component stability and also has other functions.

2, Product Information

The detection of nucleic acid components in animal blood, especially the detection and analysis of circulating DNA in plasma (cfDNA), is an important field in current disease diagnosis methods. The study found that only a very small amount of cfDNA was found in healthy plasma samples. (Approximately 5-30 ng/ml), an increase of peripheral blood cfDNA levels is associated with many clinical disease occurrences. Under normal conditions, during the process of fresh blood collection, storage and transportation, nucleated cells in the blood are easily broken and release the genomic DNA and other components, resulting in contamination of circulating DNA components in plasma or degradation by nuclease-media. The solution to this problem has always been one of the important aspects of the pretreatment of such biological samples.
