his-tag protein. It is based on magnetic agarose microspheres binding with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and chelating
with Ni or Co ions separately. This product is suitable for the purification of soluble his-tag protein secreted or
intracellular proteins, yeast, insects and mammal cells.
