(SA-Biotin) system has extremely high binding affinity (Kd=10^-15), It has a wide range of applications in the biological field. BeaverBeadsTM Streptavidin covalently connects the SA to the solid carrier surface by using BEAVER patented protein coupling technique, which can efficiently bind the ligands such as biotinylated antibodies, nucleic acids, proteins etc. The coupling of streptavidin and magnetic beads simplifies the capture, rinse and detection operation process of biotinylated for samples. The system after optimization is then more suitable for large-scale sample automation process.
