BeaverBeadsTM Streptavidin are composed of superparamagnetic hydrophilic macromolecule particles covalently bonded with high-purity streptavidin. This product can be easily and efficiently combined with many biotinylated ligands, such as biotinylated antibody proteases, nucleic acid or other biotin labeled target molecules. The high affinity between streptavidin and biotin has wide applications in many biological experiments. The coupling of streptavidin and magnetic beads simplifies the capture, rinse and detection operation process of biotinylated for samples. The system after optimization is then more suitable for large-scale sample automation process.
