Polymer Carboxyl Magbeads For Immunodiagnosis 300nm, 10 mg / mL
1, Description:
BeaverBeads™ coated with polymer have rich functional COOH or NH2 groups, which are capable of covalently immobilizing biological ligands, such as peptides, proteins, antibodies and oligonucleotides. Carboxyl decorated superparamagnetic magnetic particles have the characteristics of fast magnetic response, rich carboxyl functional groups, high specific surface area, monodispersity, sub-micron particle size, long-term stability, high repeatability between batches. Those particles can covalently couple polypeptide, proteins and bioligands such as oligonucleotides under the action of special chemical reagents (such as EDC) to the surface of microspheres, which is an important carrier tool in medical and molecular biology research. Combined with the optimized sealants, reduced background value can be achieved.
